Who Is Invited?
Many people want to know how a Spiritual Healing Session happens, what takes place and who is invited into that Sacred, protected space.
Providing Healing Sessions to thousands of people over the years, I can tell you it’s always interesting, sometimes comical, always profoundly supportive and never boring to see who shows up.
As I create the Sacred Space on the behalf of my client, I am honored and responsible for deciding who’s in and who’s out. Think of it like throwing a “healing party”, and being the bouncer at the door.
Providing energy to open that space and make my intentions known, I ask that all who want to support and attend are of good, loving and kind intention, and make it clear what my “grounds” are for being there. This is all done silently while my client relaxes.
Very quickly, Spiritual guidance comes in. Loved ones who have passed might attend. Loved ones from earlier lifetimes may show up. Loved ones present in this life may ask to attend. Sometimes people that had misunderstandings and want to clear and heal them.” Specialty groups” show for particular types of healing. Sometimes surprises. And always unexpected “wanna be” attendees at the door. I then make discernments regarding what is best, most loving and healing for the client. Most of the time, I don’t talk about who is there in attendance unless it’s pertinent to the specific healing that the client needs to know.
Energy never lies. I read the energies and decide who’s in. There are always “cloaked” energies that want in, but may not be who they “say” they are. Just like humans, they may or may not present truthfully. I decide and have no issues dismissing anyone who is not in the best interest of my client. I don’t even have to be polite! Telling unwanted attendees they are not wanted and to leave the party is a part of my position I take seriously. It’s not about what you look like even in the Spiritual world. It’s all about the energy.
Here’s a lovely story of an unexpected, comical guest.
The process of moving energy, reading where the client is present time in their incarnation script, and going about moving them along in their healing journey always invites proper spiritual guidance to support and join in if necessary. Sessions take about 90 minutes, with communication and energy. There are times when after the initial work is complete, I offer a “wrap up” and talk about anything that might be of interest to the client, in addition to what has already been discussed.
At the end of one session, I told the woman there was a curious element to her session that I wanted to tell her about. I told her there was a giant cow in the room. I told her the cow would not budge. The gentle female cow was very insistent that you would know her and be grateful she was there. She was unmovable. Funny to see this cow filling up the room was so much bigger than the woman I was working with.
The woman immediately said “BUTTERCUP!” in a booming voice. She told me this cow was her favorite animal and companion for many years on the farm she grew up on and missed her dearly. She told me that learning her beloved cow was with her and still loving her was a tremendous gift.
We are blessed with love and support that we are not even aware of. Our loneliness is real. Our abilities to open up and invite all support and healing that is well intended and loving is also real. Remember to invite everyone to the party that you love.

This is a great blog post!
